WHAT IF I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you have made a mistake entering your shipping details, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Include your request, order details, full name and correct shipping details. Please be aware that an address change is unavailable if your order has already been dispatched and we take no responsibility for incorrect addresses.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
If you would like an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order details, the reason for your exchange and the items you would like to replace them with. A customer service representative will be in contact with you for more information.
Not all items may be available for exchange.
The exchanged item will only be accepted in its original condition.
WSC will not cover any shipping charges for an exchange, this is done at your own cost. All free shipping will be void for exchanges.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Please email email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A customer service representative will be in contact with you for more information.
Please be aware that we only offer refunds for faulty products and not for change of mind.
WHEN WILL A STYLE BE RESTOCKED?
Unfortunately we never have an exact indication as to when/if we are restocking a particular style. In the meantime, request a notification of when stock is back in and keep an eye out on our social media pages!

WHEN I ADD SOMETHING TO MY CART DOES IT TAKE IT OUT OF STOCK FOR ME?
Unfortunately when you add something to your cart it does not take it out of stock. We suggest for you to process your order as quickly as possible so you don't miss out.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT BEING CHARGED?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has been completed or dispatched.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description of the fault and some images.
Please note - wear and tear is not covered under a manufacturers warranty.
If you are unsure of a garments care label, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage in the garments fabric. For garments that specify dry-clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders placed before 3pm AEST (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched on the same day.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
Occasionally orders are sent back to us. This can be due to an insufficient/incorrect address or if you haven't collected it from the post office.
If your order is returned to us we are more than happy to re-send it (a redispatch fee will apply).
WHAT ARE YOUR SIZES LIKE?
We strive to make our garments run true to size. However, there can be occasions where a product is produced in a bigger or smaller make, in which case we would state this in the product description section.

Willow Stilè Co have the right to cancel or refund an order at our own discretion, if we have unintentionally incorrectly priced item/s or have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent orders.
