Exchanges are accepted on all Products within 14 days of purchase for Products that have not been altered or used, and with all packaging, tags and/or stickers attached and accompanied with original sale receipts.
We will do our best to fulfill your Exchange request. If your desired replacement Product is no longer available we will help you find another comparable Product, or give a store credit.
In the result of an exchange, shipping charges will apply and free shipping will be void.
If you wish to Exchange we require that you ask the Post Office or other carrier for proof of posting, tracking, signature on delivery and insurance as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the product and will be liable for damage until we receive them at our warehouse. We cannot accept liability or process an exchange for any items not received.
